Cowen's Pet Resort is very easy to locate. We're located 6 miles west of the Bakersfield city limits, and about 5 miles east of I-5 on Stockdale Hwy. We are quite convenient for travelers wanting to drop off or pick up their pets on the way to or from their vacation spots, especially to the west. We are just east of the intersection of 43 and Stockdale Highway and our signs are visible from both directions. Heading west from Allen Rd. on Stockdale Hwy., look for us just after you cross the railroad tracks. We are the last developed property just before Highway 43 (Blinking red light)!
